Arrival: Guests are welcome to check in between 4:00pm and 7:00pm or by prior arrangement.
Breakfast: Served between 7:30am - 9:00am
Departure: We ask that guests checkout by 10:00am

How to get here: From the A12 turn off at Yoxford on the B1122 towards Leiston. Look for a signpost for Dunwich, Westleton, Middleton - the B1125 (ignore all signs to Middleton before this). The Roost is situated on the right hand side about half a mile along this road. If you are on the road approaching from Westleton, The Roost is situated on the left 200m past Middleton garage.
